Smart Assessor-E-portfolio-Training
Complimentary training is available for all Smart Assessor clients. Simply select the name of the course below, admin, assessor or IV/EV and you will be taken into our calendar from where you can chose your date and time. Book all of your sessions at the same time but always chose a date for the next session that is later than the previous session as the sessions run in sequence. There are 2 sessions for administrators/centre managers, 3 for assessors and 1 for IV's and EV's.
All session are delivered by our trainers virtually in our Smart (web conferencing) rooms so you don't need to go anywhere to access the training. You will need a Skype type of headset or a laptop that has a built in microphone and speakers.

Training for Centre Managers and Support Staff
Book both sessions at the same time but choose different dates
Admin/Office Session 1 - Click to book this session first if you are a Centre Manager or in a role that will require you to support your organisation in setting up Smart Assessor, managing users and running reports on learners , it lasts for 55 minutes.
Admin/Office Session 2 - This is a follow on Session from Admin/Office 1. We like to give you time to experiment with what you have learnt from the previous training session before absorbing more information on Smart Assessor. You can book both session 1 and Session 2 at the same time but make sure that you leave at least 1 day between the sessions.
Training for Assessors
Book all 3 sessions at the same time but choose different dates
Assessor Session 1 - Click to book this session if you are an assessor, it lasts for 55 minutes and covers the basics of Smart Assessor's e-portfolio software.
Assessor Session 2 - Click to book this session if you are an assessor, it lasts for 55 minutes, make sure you select a date after your session 1 date has been booked for as it follows on from Session 1. Allow a day or so between your sessions so that you have time to experiment with what you have learnt from the previous training session before absorbing more information on Smart Assessor.
Assessor Session 3 - Click to book this final session if you are an assessor, it lasts for 55 minutes, make sure you select a date after your session 2 date has been booked for as it follows on from Session 2. Allow a day or so between your sessions so that you have time to experiment with what you have learnt from the previous training session before absorbing more information on Smart Assessor.
Refresher SessionsRefresher Session - A Session to go back over the uploading and mapping of evidence in Smart Assessor.
Management Reporting SessionsManagement Reporting Session - A session to go through how create and and run custom reports from Smart Assessor, this session is for Managers and Directors who do not need the admin training just high level reporting.
Training for IV's and EV's
Training for IV's - Click to book this 55 minute session if you are an internal verifier or Quality Assurer and we will show you how to create and manage sampling plans.

Complimentary Training For Your Learners
Learner/Candidate Session - Click to book sessions for your learners to be trained by Smart Assessor on how to use their e-portfolio, as with all of our training this is free with our compliments to try and make life easier for assessors. Each session lasts 45 minutes and as with all of our other training is delivered virtually in our Smart Rooms.
After your Training
After your first training session you can log directly into our
training site from here using the password and log in given to you during your training session to explore the Smart Assessor e-portfolio and experiment with what you have learnt in a safe training environment where there aren't live learners!
CPD Certificates
Once you have completed your training you can download a copy of our CPD certificate, fill in your details (name, date attended and session type) and print it off for your records. This can be downloaded
here.
