Client Services and Trainer (London)

Main Purpose of the Job:

Keys goals are to maintain and expand relationships with 30 existing clients to ensure the wide use of Smart Assessor within all curriculums areas. To provide excellence in execution, at every stage with extremely high client satisfaction levels, to ensure client retention. To increase usage by delivering product training in groups of 12 to Assessors, IQAs, Administration, and Management.


Apprenticeships within Colleges, Training Provider, Employers and Local Authorities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain monthly client contact
  • Hold quarterly Formal Review client meetings - onsite or via Smart Room Conferencing
  • Identify ‘At Risk’ client accounts and notify Client Director
  • Maintain an accurate client account record on Salesforce CRM system
  • Delivery product training 1:1 and in groups of 12
  • Engaged with user Champions to promote best practice
  • Ensure clients attend events

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

The role requires an experienced Assessor and IQA with the following key attributes:

  • Exceptional client facing skills & communication

  • Support the team objective

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience as an Assessor and IQA in the FE/Apprenticeship sector
  • User of e-portfolios - Smart Assessor user experience desirable
  • Delivery of group training
  • Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
