Once the eportfolio evidence has been sampled and feedback given to the Assessor the Quality Assurer can choose whether the evidence is valid, authentic, sufficient, relevant and current and whether the Assessor’s decision is approved.

There is a complete audit trail with regard to feedback and actions for the external verifier to view, you can control outstanding actions from your dashboard within the e-portfolio and work with other QA’s to suggest continuous improvements in standardisation of assessment across all Assessors.

Smart Assessor makes life easy for Quality Assurers with a quick and accessible e-portfolio dashboard which means that learners portfolio’s are available across the secure web solution to Verifiers and Assessors when and where they are needed.

In addition to the e-portfolio Smart Assessor gives Quality Assurers smart assessment rooms where you can interact with Assessors face to face across the web, give feedback dynamically whilst you are both seeing the same evidence on both of your screens and record any professional discussions you have. Quality Assurers can also be invited into Assessor and Learner sessions to see first hand interactions and standardisation, these sessions can also be recorded for training purposes and assist in continuous improvements.
