Young Apprentices will feel comfortable and confident interacting with their Assessors in the Smart Training Rooms, as they are used to doing this already when chatting to their friends. Instead of having to wait for their Assessor to travel to their workplace, Apprentices can interact with their Assessors more frequently and get their course completed sooner without the time and cost for the Assessor of having to keep travelling to the workplace.
